Privacy

When you sign up on the Notify me page, we store what you enter: your email address and, if you give them, your name, your car, where it ships to and any notes. We also store the time you signed up and your browser's user agent, which helps us spot automated sign-ups.

We use these details only to contact you about RennDash: a welcome email when you first sign up, then pricing, lead time, a fitment check for your car and product updates. A copy of each sign-up is also emailed to our own inbox, so we see it straight away. We rely on your consent, given by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time (see Your choices).

The site sets no cookies. It remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme in your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device. Every page, font and script comes from renndash.com itself; nothing loads from a third party.

The RennDash app has no accounts and no analytics, and it doesn't send us anything about you or your phone.

• Bluetooth connects the app to your RennDash dash. What passes between them, such as screen choices, settings and live readings, stays between your phone and your dash.
• Settings, the paired dash and downloaded firmware are stored on your phone, and are removed when you delete the app.
• Firmware updates. To check for an update, the app downloads the release list, and the firmware files you choose, from renndash.com and the server that hosts them. Like any web request, this reveals your IP address to those servers. No identifier is sent with it.

A few services run RennDash on our behalf and process data only to provide it:

• Cloudflare hosts the website, stores sign-ups and forwards email sent to renndash.com.
• Google (Gmail) hosts the inbox that email reaches, including the copy of each sign-up.
• Resend delivers the emails we send.
• Microsoft Azure hosts the firmware files the app downloads.

These services may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

We keep your sign-up until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it to contact you about RennDash. To see what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted or stop hearing from us, email hello@renndash.com or reply to any email we've sent you.

If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

RennDash is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
